Description
I am a Creative Arts Therapist passionate about helping adults, adolescents, and children process life’s challenges and express them-selves through an artistic avenue; helping them find their own voice, creating a space to be heard, and living the life they desire to live. My Art Therapy approach is person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed, focusing-oriented, and emotion-focused. I am dedicated to fostering a safe and creative space to explore and transform anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, etc. and I feel art therapy is uniquely situated to assist in this transformative process.

Summary
At Family Counselling Centres, we have abandoned the one-size-fits-all approach to mental health and wellness. We recognize that each case is acutely different than the next and that traditional office therapy may not always be the best approach in treatment. This is why we believe in holistic wellness; an approach that considers the whole person – body, mind, spirit, and emotions. We also utilize the latest research in brain development, mental health methodology, and provide referrals to those in our community who can further assist in the care of the individual seeking help.
