As a BIPOC counsellor, creating safe, inclusive spaces where clients feel valued is my priority. My therapeutic toolkit encompasses various modalities like Attachment Theory, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
