Description
I believe we all have the capacity for positive change and growth when we have access to a safe and supportive environment to share our stories. My work as a counsellor is person-centered, meaning I approach my clients, first and foremost, with compassion, curiousity and non-judgment. I am trained to work with clients with a variety of presenting concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship and communication issues, attachment, grief, body image, self-worth, life transitions, and others. Coming to therapy is a brave and valuable step toward healing. I look forward to meeting you.
