Description
During times of uncertainty in a such a complex society, anyone can encounter difficulties. To help clients understand themselves, their challenges, coping and changing abilities, and individual life journeys is my aim as a clinical counsellor. My approach is holistic and client-centred, considering relationships, social context, and communication that may overwhelm the person. I also focus specifically on newcomers who may feel isolated and emotionally distressed and confused by cultural barriers. Sessions are available in English, French, and Italian. I was born in Italy, and there I extensively studied and worked in communication and psychology fields.
