Description
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on women’s and gender studies and a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have a passion for counseling women, mothers, and teens, as well as being a Grief Recovery Specialist. From a place of compassion, I use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), amongst other modalities. I am also certified in trauma-focused CBT for LGBTQ youth.
