Philip Brideaux, MA, CCC I help people who are living with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, a sense of loneliness, a sense of abandonment, of feeling unloved, unworthy, ashamed, or disconnected. I like to emphasize the relational aspect in what we do. That means the safe, non-judging environment I work to create with you helps you change how you see yourself, how you treat yourself, and how you encounter others. Get to know yourself as the awareness of thought. Not thought itself. At this time, I am doing solely online therapy using Microsoft Teams.
