Description
I provide a safe, affirming space for individuals & couples to heal, navigate difficult emotions, and create a fulfilling future. Areas of focus are anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues (including polyamorous/non-monogamous), grief, substance use, self-esteem, and 2SLGBTQ+-specific challenges. My approach is grounded in empathy, empowerment, and authentic connection. My lived experience with mental health, substance use, and trauma, combined with professional training, allows me to offer a compassionate space where you feel seen and heard.
