Jocelyn has extensive experience providing youth, young adults and adults across the lifespan with client-centered therapy. She is well-versed in helping clients build inner strategies needed for managing anxiety, panic attacks, mood disorders, grief and loss, trauma, gender identity issues, borderline personality disorder, stress-related problems and relationship issues. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR and Solution Focused Therapy.
