Provider information

Description

I value building an authentic relationship with clients because it takes vulnerability and strength to face the parts of your story that you want to heal, change, and re-story. I integrate narrative therapy, bibliotherapy, storytelling, creative writing, and expressive writing to support your re-authoring process. Since individual and communal wellbeing depends on the kind of personal, intergenerational, and societal stories we co-write and internalize about ourselves and the world, we will work on re-writing the paradigms that no longer serve you.
