Description
Chalace (they/them) approaches therapy through a psychodynamic, person-centered lens. Like other therapy models, Drama therapy incorporates embodiment and somatic techniques while building a container and ritual to support each client. This approach to therapy can support clients on their journey using storytelling, visualization, art-making and other forms of associative and subconscious material to learn more about themselves and their needs. Chal feels that creativity can support insights and integration of recent or distant trauma and allow clients to gain clarity through this framework.
