Hello and welcome! I am currently accepting new clients in-person in Dartmouth/Halifax, NS or online via secure video call anywhere in Canada. I help adult clients navigate issues including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, identity, purpose, relationships, parenting, social connections, or generally struggling to cope with a life that is asking too much of you. You do not need a diagnosis to access therapy with me and I will believe you as the expert in your own lived experiences. I am neurodivergent myself (AuDHD) and also offer specialized neurodiversity-affirming therapy.
