Désirée and her team create a safe and caring environment that allows people to identify and understand personal and interpersonal concerns. They believe that change is possible through focusing on what their clients bring to each session and working with them to understand and remove barriers on the path to peace, contentment and joy. We work with Adults, Couples, Families, Teens and Children and we also offer group counselling. We specialize in treating anxiety through Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
