Description
I enjoy working with adults and youth from all walks of life. I offer a compassionate, caring, and safe space for all, specifically for BIPOC and LGBTQ2S+ folks. Through active listening and therapeutic practices, we will build a strong counselling relationship that will foster a sense of safety and trust. Together we can set goals, identify tools and strategies for healing and change, and develop healthy coping skills and self-awareness.
