Description
I am committed to providing you with a safe space in which you can feel free to be honest about yourself, your struggles, and your questions. I believe you deserve to be understood holistically as a complex physical, psychological, social, and spiritual being and to be supported as you navigate the messy interplay between these dimensions of your life. I find joy in helping my clients see themselves and their circumstances in a new light, learn to recognize and trust the strength already resident within themselves, and gain a greater sense of freedom and fulfillment in daily life.
