Description
I offer integrative counselling that supports clients where they are at. Areas of focus range from codependency and attachment to processing trauma, learning to deal with stress and anxiety, relationships, and more. My approach is a mix of top down (cognitive) and bottom up (somatic) tools and interventions. I do my best to empower clients to take control over the way they experience life, and shift how they relate to and overcome obstacles.
