I want to help you have a fulfilling relationship. Finding your footing in life while struggling in your relationship can be difficult. It can feel like the ground beneath you isn't steady, and all too often you both feel alone together. I get it. We are human and it happens to the best of us. Maybe you once felt together like a team, and now you have drifted apart, unable to communicate with each other. A once fulfilling sex life now feels dull. I get it.

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in BC, I specialize in couples counselling and have helped hundreds of couples over the past 10+ years navigate their relationship struggles by guiding them to better understanding how their patterns of conflict and distance get the best of them, and find their way closer to each other again.

I am a Couples Counsellor with extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples. I want you to feel we are a good fit before starting our work together. I invite you to meet in-person or online at no cost for up to 30 minutes.
