I am a counsellor, homeschool teacher, wife, and mother. I have been living and practicing counselling in the Calgary and Cochrane area since 2002. I provide an integrated counselling approach. I have extensive experience working with children and families in the Calgary and Rockyview School Districts providing individual and family counselling and family school liaising. I have taught counselling at the undergraduate level at post secondary institutions in Alberta. I also offer workshops on anxiety, parenting, and emotions.
