Hi! I'm Dana. I'm a counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I'm also a human and a recovering people pleaser. Life is messy and stuff gets hard. You're slogging through the mess too, my friend? I get it. No judgement here. For the past 14 years, I have supported individuals to reduce anxiety and other painful emotions, heal emotional wounds, and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviours that get in the way of living a rich and meaningful life.
