Are you feeling lost, or disconnected? As an Art Therapist and Psychotherapist, I help support people who are overwhelmed with life, have lost meaning and connection, and those who are feeling stuck. My work is neurodivergent affirming, LGBTQIA2S+ allied, and sex positive. Offerings: -Adhd Therapy: Becoming aligned with your brain and learning to appreciate it's nuances. -Jungian Therapy: Working with dreams and symbols to help you on your path towards individuation -Art Therapy: Creating art and working with images to foster confidence and self-understanding. Rates: $175/50 min
