Relationships issues, life transitions, and grief, are topics especially close to my heart. Together, we can explore strategies for communicating more effectively in your relationships, or help you come to terms with a devastating break-up. We can access your strengths to help you navigate exciting new life chapters that might feel overwhelming at first, or work through the tasks of mourning after the death of a loved one. I recognize the courage that it takes to seek support, and am committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment in which we can collaborate.
