Description

Relational and affirming — valuing the depth and diversity of lived experience.

I work alongside individuals navigating overwhelming experiences (such as trauma), mental health challenges, substance use, and stress-related concerns. My person-centered approach is rooted in compassion, creating a welcoming space where you feel seen, heard, and known.

Experiential and somatic approaches are woven in to support body regulation, healing from overwhelming experiences, and moving toward secure attachment. At the heart of my work is a deep belief in our innate capacity to heal and grow
