Description
I know first-hand how difficult it is to seek help as there are many emotions that may arise. Barriers to seeking help may be fear of being judged, shame, and mistrust. In this society, we can often feel overwhelmed, alone and stuck. If you are struggling with any of these concerns, you’ve come to the right place. My mission is to provide you with a safe, warm, compassionate and non-judgmental space to share your story. My therapeutic goal is to enhance your emotional and mental well-being and eliminate your pain and suffering.

Summary
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and I have a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology. I have a passion for working with youth, men, women and families from diverse backgrounds working through a variety of life struggles and challenges. My mission is to empower clients to uncover their best selves. I believe that counselling should serve as a safe space that allows us to explore and discover our path to healing and transformation. I understand the vulnerability that clients bring to the therapy room and work to provide clients with a non-judgmental and accepting environment.
