Description

Heather completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2007, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counselling in 2018. In addition to her work in private practice, Heather has also worked as a Youth & Family Counsellor and Primary Care Counsellor with community based agencies. She has experience working with a broad range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, and trauma, and has successfully supported youth, adults and seniors in their journey toward living a more gratifying and fulfilling life.
