Description
I approach counselling from a relational perspective and view it through an attachment lens. I practice emotionally-focused therapy predominantly because it recognizes and respects the truth that we need each other. I believe that one of our deepest longings as human beings is to be authentically known and loved, and counselling can be a safe place for people to begin the journey toward healthy and soul-satisfying relationships, both with others and themselves. I encourage you to not be afraid, come as you are, and I will meet you on the couch.
