Colleen Mahar Counselling Services provides mental health, wellness support, and guidance for adults on Prince Edward Island through counselling in a safe, confidential, and non judgemental space. Professional, skilled and empathetic, Colleen specializes in improving personal, family, and work-related issues. Through various modalities, psychoeducation, and trauma informed therapy, Colleen will work with you in a straightforward, client friendly manner in order to help you reach your mental health goals. Face-to-face, virtual, or phone sessions are available to you.
