We are a counselling practice in 'Vancouver, BC' that supports the healing, growth, and liberation of people who are targeted and marginalized by systems of structural power. We prioritize working with BIPoC folks, 2SLGBTQAI+ folks and work from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, sex-positive framework. Our counsellors practice using various modalities including Internal Family Systems, somatic therapy, art therapy, EMDR, DBT and CBT.
