Description
The way in which we learn to understand and express our emotional world will impact how we treat ourselves, how we show up in relationships, and how we find purpose and meaning in life. Clients often come to therapy once they have noticed themselves feeling discouraged, overwhelmed, or shut down. Through our work together, I can help to navigate this challenging and often lonely experience. We are a team of therapists with a passion for parenting, relationships, attachment, healing and personal growth. We support people to make peace with themselves and navigate their way out of anxiety, depression, addictions, disordered eating, and other coping strategies that no longer serve them. We are privileged to witness clients repair their relationships and heal from past emotional injuries and traumas. We offer counselling services online and in person in our downtown Vancouver office for youth, adults, couples and families.
