Description
The foundation of my practice is person-centered, which means that interventions, strategies, and goals are tailored to your needs, worldview, and lived experiences. A significant part of my work has been supporting individuals who have experienced social oppression as a result of their intersecting identities. I acknowledge my privilege as a cis-gendered, white woman and seek to demonstrate cultural competency and to approach all of my work from a trauma-informed lens. My website shares a more detailed description of the various populations I serve, and you are welcome to reach out!
