Description

As a therapist, I prioritize fostering a therapeutic relationship where people feel heard, seen, supported, and safe as we collaborate to cultivate meaningful change in their lives. My clinical experience involves working primarily with adolescents and adults supporting complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and crisis intervention. I have worked in non-profit agencies, government organizations, school settings, and private practice. I believe in the power of the mind-body connection and encourage holistic, creative approaches to healing both inside and outside of counselling sessions.
