Maria embraces a humanistic and person-centered approach, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients. Using an eclectic approach, she integrates CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and SFBT. Maria tailors treatment plans to individual client needs, recognizing each person's uniqueness. As part of the coastal clinical counseling team, she collaborates with clients, focusing on depression, anxiety, stress management, interpersonal effectiveness, mindfulness, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and grief.
