Subitha holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is an active member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Over the past year, Subitha has been dedicated to assisting individuals in crisis who suffer from depression and anxiety at the West Island Crisis Centre. Through her warm and compassionate approach, she strive to create an inclusive and accepting environment where clients feel comfortable discussing the challenges they face. Her therapeutic approach draws from various modalities, primarily rooted in cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic frameworks.
