My counselling practice offers a welcoming space for clients to feel safe discussing life's challenges. With a background in Education, I practice person-centered therapy that focuses on connecting with clients to support them where they are at while encouraging them to grow. I have experience working with children and youth as well as adults. I work primarily with change and life transitions, anxiety, self-harm, school avoidance, relationships and depression.
