Description

I’m a caring counselling therapist with over 30 years of experience. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and couples as they navigate their most challenging moments, helping them to heal and find growth even in the toughest times.

I believe in the power of therapy, especially through a Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT) approach. CBT is designed to be short-term and goal-oriented, helping you work towards positive change. Together, we can explore and unlearn negative thoughts and unhelpful behaviours, creating space for healthier thinking patterns and habits.

Summary

Dealing with life's challenges and stresses can be incredibly overwhelming. During those times, it’s common to rely on coping strategies that can lead to negative outcomes such as low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship problems, difficulty adapting to life's changes, anger issues, or substance abuse.

For over 35 years, I've been helping individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges. I offer personalized, evidence-based counselling therapy delivered in a compassionate, supportive, and enriching way.
