Description
I graduated from Trinity Western University is 2014 with my Master's in Counselling Psychology. I became interested in being a counsellor after my own experience in counselling, which ignited a spark in me to not only work on understanding myself more, but to help others grow in their self-awareness. My passion has been to help women during the prenatal and postpartum period, as they navigate the many emotions that arise during pregnancy and after birth. I also enjoy working children and adolescents and provide services to individuals, couples, and families.
