Hi there! I specialize in working with young children, adolescents, and occasionally young adults. My experience is in working with those who experience Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, ASD, ODD, NSSI, as well as general support for developing skills related to emotional regulation and coping with stress. I have a background in school psychology, so my work is often grounded in psychoeducation about the brain and stress responses. I like to tie in mindfulness, DBT, and CBT where appropriate. I emphasize the importance of child-led sessions, as well as working as a team with their caregiver.
