My name is Deanna Lutzek and I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I work with people of all ages and cultural beliefs. I completed my EMDR certification in September 2024. I have a background in CBT, utilizing a trauma informed lens. I take a client-centered approach and believe that building a strong therapeutic rapport is imperative for a successful collaboration between therapist and client. Knowing that every person is unique in their needs, we will create an individualistic tailored strategic plan to achieve their goals.
