Provider information
Description
I offer a welcoming, non-judgmental, and affirming space for clients to feel comfortable and safe. I approach counselling through an intersectional and anti-oppressive lens to understand how people are impacted by societal structures throughout their lives. I have experience working with diverse individuals, including youth, LGBTQIA2S+ communities, survivors of violence and those affected by ADHD, autism, and chronic pain/illnesses. I work collaboratively with clients to support them while they are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and trauma.
