Regan Chapman is a RCT-C with a Master’s in Counselling and a background in education, specializing in anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, LD's, and life transitions such as relationships, grief, perimenopause & postpartum & empty nest. Regan works with children, teens, and adults in a non-judgmental, client-centered space in Halifax and online. Drawing from modalities like Narrative Therapy, CBT, and mindfulness, Regan helps clients manage that sense of being overwhelmed and she is committed to fostering growth, resilience, and fulfillment through empathetic, personalized support.
