I work from a person-centered approach and believe that each individual is the expert of their own life. My hope is to give you hope, a genuine listening ear, in a safe, non-judgmental space, where we, together, can work on creating tools to support you and help relieve your present distress. Together we can work on helping you find inner peace and emotional balance. We will work on your strengths and learn new tools to help you build self-confidence and resilience.
