I have worked as a clinical counselor in the Northwest region for over 10 years. I have spent most of my time working with addictions, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD and other Mental Health issues. I have experience working with a diverse range of people and prefer to work with youth and adults. I work from a culturally sensitive holistic perspective, which includes forming a safe place for my clients and being a helping hand in their journey.
I have been trained in Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interview
