Description
I’m a Certified Canadian Counsellor with over a decade of experience in social services, supporting individuals on their wellness journeys. I value authentic human connection and offer a safe, empathetic space for clients to share their stories. With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, I specialize in reproductive and perinatal mental health, including trauma, pregnancy loss, and NICU experiences, drawing from my own journey. I take a culturally sensitive, 2SLGBTQI+ affirming approach and craft personalized, trauma-informed treatment plans using modalities like IFS, EMDR, and CBT.

Facility: Cedar Mountain Counselling

Summary
Welcome to Cedar Mountain Counselling, where the cedar tree's essence and the mountain's strength converge to symbolize our transformative journey. The resilient cedar mirrors stability in life's challenges. Like climbing a mountain, our counselling offers perspective and accomplishment. Sessions, like cedar branches, provide shelter-a safe space for growth. We support individuals and couples in their mental health journey, offering guidance and care. While we specialize in reproductive and pregnancy and postpartum mental health, we extend our services to various mental health struggles.
