Description
I provide caring and compassionate therapy that is tailored to each client and informed by evidence-based models. Available remotely and in-person. My approach is tailored to each client's needs and informed by a variety of therapeutic models, including psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), existentialism & meaning-based approaches, exposure therapy, insight therapy, somatic psychotherapy, positive psychology, the impact of trauma on the nervous system, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma-Informed Stabilization Therapy (TIST).
