I offer one-on-one in-person and virtual counselling to adults and youth, specialising in substance use concerns, mental health challenges, trauma-related crises, and overall wellness. My approach is client-centred and holistic, based on the understanding that you are the only expert in your life story, and that your life has many layers. I will work with you to identify the sources of your concerns, come up with personalised strategies for moving forward, and make plans for you to continue to foster a strong sense of well-being and growth.
