Hi, I’m Laura! I have a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology (2013) and I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor-Q with the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association. I have been working in the mental health profession for over 15 years. I work with clients who have complex mental health challenges, specifically in the areas of depression, anxiety, anger and stress management, trauma, self harm and self-image.
