Description
As a counsellor and psychotherapist, my goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment. I provide you with the support and encouragement that you need to achieve your goals and enhance your well-being. I have a BA (honours) in Psychology, and an MA in Counselling Psychology. I am currently a Canadian Certified Counsellor and a Registered Psychotherapist-Q. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies in my practice such as DBT, CBT, and EMDR and I am ready to help you with all of your challenges such as anxiety, depression, motivation, and trauma. I look forward to meeting you!
