Description
My goal as a therapist is to help you develop evidence-based alternative interpretations and coping strategies through a collaborative therapy relationship. I strive to provide a judgement-free, empathetic, and safe space that fosters healing and growth. I trust that each of us has strength to help us overcome our challenges. I respect my client's right to decide their goals, make informed decisions, choose a course of action, and assume responsibility for their choices. I primarily work from a cognitive-behavioral approach. I am fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu.
