Description
I strive to help individuals overcome hardships in their life and find hope and meaning in the trials that they face. I know how hard life can be, but I also know that we have within ourselves the ability to create positive changes that will allow us to live a happier life. Counselling is a wonderful tool to help aid in that change. I work from a collaborative approach with clients. I truly believe if you want change in your life, you have to work for it. I am here to provide clients with a listening and compassionate ear, offer different perspectives, and help them reach their goals.
