I have specialized training in therapeutic modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Self-Compassion, Solution-Focused Therapy, Prepare/Enrich couples’ facilitator and Complex Trauma. As an Indigenous counsellor, I understand and respect the complexities and uniqueness of supporting individuals, families and generational trauma. I offer diverse and effective interventions by using a culturally sensitive, attachment-based and trauma-informed approach.
