I consider myself a loyal, dedicated and compassionate person who wants to see individuals live a life with less stress and more joy. I have over 16 years of experience counselling youth and adults with addiction and mental health concerns. I am excited to offer rapid recovery of various mental health disorders through Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I believe in resolving issues as efficiently as possible to allow room to learn new skills and live a life of peace and calm. With ART, the rapid nature of it allows for relief of distressing symptoms faster than traditional therapy.
