As a solution focused therapist, I meet clients where they are in their life and growth journey, seek strengths and skills already present and help them take control back of their lives and performance. Seeded in 17 years of Sports Mental skills performance, my therapeutic approach assists clients in all aspects of their lives to build agency, confidence, and increased motivation to change.
I am able to see clients at either my Dalhousie University or Mount Saint Vincent University offices whether you are a student or not, and welcome all forms of secured online payment platforms.
